First Thoughts

… my first thoughts this morning were about determining what the value of our drowned Honda Fit was pre-drowning… the news is on the high side of what i was thinking… $3500-$4500… so, we shouldn’t accept less than that… and, reasoning that the values i researched were trade in values, it might be a little higher still given that we were covered for replacement of vehicle and that used cars are in demand and expensive given the chip and consequent new vehicle shortage… with that plus a little more from our savings we should be good to go…

… H in a foul, depressed, lazy mood yesterday… that made me a little foul, depressed and lazy…

… at least, so far, no signs of COVID…

… no HCR meter this morning, she took the night off…

… i crank up Paul Tortelier playing Bach Cello Suites… i haven’t done that in a long time… i need to get back to meditative practices…

… i did my stretching exercises this morning too… haven’t done those in a long time… self care…

… 226.0 lbs this AM… was 223.4 lbs the day after i got back from Florida… i didn’t expect to stay there as i got dehydrated on the trip back… but now i need to pay attention, not go any higher, continue the downward trend…

… today we will go to at least one, maybe two dealers and the bank to look into new cars…
